Step 1

Find a contractor under the appropriate category and contact them. Schedule and appointment and make sure to keep track of everything in a written contract.

Step 2

Our contractors are known for their integrity and your contract will probably go through without any problems. If that's not the case, try to resolve the problem with the contractor and document the times and dates of the conversations.

Step 3

If the problem is still unresolved scan a copy of the initial contract and gather any other documents, and images if applicable that could support your case.

Step 4

Contact us and be as specific as possible, also include as many of the documents listed above as possible. Also, don't forget to include your phone number and the best times to reach you.

Step 5

One of our mediators will attempt to contact you and the contractor within 48 hours. The steps of the mediation will be discussed based on the situation and the schedules of the related parties.

Rest assured that every contractor listed on our website is both licensed and insured. The contractors listed are also carefully chosen by a unique concept of "3 Strikes and You're Out"

After you hire the contractor, if you're not satisfied with the service, you may contact us. We will attempt to make contact with you and the contractor within 48 hours of your request to mediate. If you're still not satisfied with the contractor's work and we agree with you based on the situation, we will count this as one of the 3 strikes against the contractor. This will keep our site clear of contractors who don't take pride in their work.
